did i say that my tuition is on again? so now im teaching tuition on sat again! hais. means no more sleeping in late on sat mornings. -poor me- haha! so it started last sat. oh man! my weekends are sooo busy now.

sunday had liv. i was early! there's flea market that day but there's nothing much. boring! everyone was super late! so started at like 2 plus leh. so late la. anyways, we learnt new song again! black bird. for busking licensing purpose and performance too la!

liv schedule suddenly got a little more packed, due to racial harmony performances (with PM attending again!) and a series of national day celebrations performances. hopefully with these performance, more people will be coming back, since at the moment liv is quite dead, be it the blog, the facebook group or on sunday itself. coz very little come back nia!

so anyway we had a rather long (not long, but i felt it could be shorter!) production meeting, mainly to decide on venue. while edna was mostly playing keyboard and singing song at the minimum volume. haha!

before we left, i msged liren to ask about the esplanade pricing, which, i think, gave most of us a heart attack! we will not be able to cover the cost this way, even with sponsors and subsidies from nac (coz they give peanuts).

why no one believe me?! sians.

after that mark and i had dinner at pepper lunch then went his house to laze around. oh well! where else is comfortable, nearby and free leh? but this is becoming a weekly routine, i shall try to break this..

so it turned out that it was a shoot for electrico's new mtv, faces. and we acted as their fans, screaming at them. so.. nvm. but i like their bassist, desmond goh, is a very nice and funny guy (or so he seems), unlike the... shall not mention here la hor.

mark and i couldnt get the cd out of that place, booo.. anyway, i had fun la, and a huge bruise from it too ): very very pain. we get paid peanuts from acting as their fans la. im fine not getting paid you know, like coz got friend's friend need help ma, then we help, but if they wanna pay should at least pay more lor.. helping out and cheap labour, i prefer helping out.

so, mark and i went for kumar's show at 3 monkeys or something. jasper, joey and yl were already there. we missed the 1st set, but the 2nd set was funnier i heard. and it really is, hahaha. had fun (: mark got quite pissed off earlier but got better after kumar. wah, thanks kumar! he's damn funny, love the rolling eyes. though it can be a bit scary! the lap dancing part was very funny, haha..

sat had gathering with the hikers. didnt take any photos though. had dinner at mad jack, the food's quite nice (: but the place is very noisy, a lot of echo, and we couldnt talk properly.

anyway, seems like the recession is hitting everyone, yikai's losing he's job, janice's losing her tuitions. or else, everyone's busy keeping their job. like calv who had no time to join us at all. talked till very very late, caught the last train home though!

liv on sunday was the usual thing again! come and sing song talk cock. which is good. but many people are missing now. we mia for too long already. partly coz of cheng san cc's renovation. after that had family steamboat at golden mile complex, the very nice chicken rice plus steamboat. then met up with liv again for supper/drinks at upp thomson prata house. only i had prata. not nice one! be it prata or milo dino! nx time go jln kayu, its much better lo!


promised not to online window shop already, coz i've spent a lot this month coz of this thing! ): but i cant help but notice this dress from www.pandaswithpistols.com.. isn't it pretty? it's $26.50 mailed. hmmm.

mosaic festival
anyway i went for the mosaic fest on wed night to support cheryl's band, the sexies! i think the last song is the nicest too! cheryl, you should be the lead la! but too bad its your last gig with them.

but anyways, the band after the sexies was superb!! they very very energetic and entertaining, their songs are catchy and easy to sing along, even though they are from korea! and their english sucks, coz half the time i dunno what they are saying/singing.. but i enjoyed their performance!

they performed 2 sets that night and we watched both! but both sets are the same songs, same sequence.. ): i liked the 1st set more, coz everyone not very familiar with them yet then quite awkward, then they said stuff that were funny.. haha and a bit sentimental too when they sang knockin' on heaven's door.. still in the midst of uploading their videos, which were video-ed during the 2nd set.. meantime, here are some photos..

i realised that's not a lot leh! coz i've read (or own) like her 10 other books! waaah! ok la actually i own all those 10 books. heeehee! i was looking at Franz Kafka's Castle just now, wondering if it is nice. i think i read a few para of it in olomouc last year. coz they had it in the hostel's little library. i wanted to take it leh, but felt bad about it coz i dun really have anything to put back onto the shelf in exchange. so i didnt. ): it would be nice to have a few of his book to read! mark said can borrow from library though. i wonder!

anyway i spent money again! coz six got sale! ahhhhh. i always spend when they have sale! ): and i spent lie 9 bucks on 3 pairs of earrings and a bangle. seems like quite a lot i guess. oh well! heh. good then XP.

the past weekend was alright i guess. friday had a short meeting or rather pre-meeting for the orientation, then went nus and crashed a religion philo lecture or something like that. i was just reading magazine and doing my own things. then went bugis with mark and met yuklum. had dinner and we went shopping! only mark bought a top! yuklum and i bought a necklace each. haha. and they are the same again! lol..

we had dinner at botak jones on saturday. yummy! their cheese potato's nice! but the cajun chicken a bit too spicy for me! but we enjoyed our food. yuklum and i were eating soooo slowly that the botak jones guy came and ask us if there's anything wrong with the food, if its nice. its nice! just too much, need to take longer time to finish it! haha..

we had aj ice after that! yummy!!! then went mark's house to watch tv. so boliao. watch shrek 2 then rushed home to watch the lives of others. quite nice! though i didnt understand why things happen the way it did. as the choice of the character. i guess i'll do things differently if the guy in the show. heh.

the bright round moon
tonight the moon very bright and round leh! so bright and round that i can see the rabbit on it. you know the shadows you see on the moon, it is supposed to be reflection of the earth. i always thought it looks like rabbit. so there's a huge rabbit on the moon!

anyway went for open house today to help out. soooo tired. my legs are sore now! how i wish someone'll help me massage them. so i got to talk to many many ppl today, like my care person and lotsa other lecturers, the course manager, a tp student, some potential students and seniors, one of them is a cedarian! sucha small world! cedarians are seriously everywhere man! hahaha..

so anyway, one of the alumni got my no. damn i hope they dun make me the contact person for my batch. haha. coz i hate being the contact point. you can ask me carry tables and chairs though. lol. so they estimated about 150 ppl but only 20 turned up, so we had to stuff ourselves with food. i thought i can digest the food by the time i reach home for my actual dinner, but i couldnt! boohoo. means my mummy cooked extra today! oopsy.

the orientation tchr ic said he'll buy us drinks after orientation, but its vending machine drinks.. walau! i thought go clarke quay lehs.. tchrs so rich huh, although they always deny that fact. but students will never buy that. oh well!

i have a feeling that our cm was eavesdropping on all of our conversations just now during refreshments. especially when he was standing nearby. he has the looks. but he looks like a very knowledgeable, very wise man, like a know-it-all kinda person.

yay i finally went! swam 18 laps. heehee. then it looks like it was gonna rain so i stopped. bathe and all then went hougang mall to buy drinks. BUT i couldnt open the bottle! ): so i went home all thirsty.

anyway i got my results after i finish bathing via sms. and i did great! and im happy! heehee. but the details are not released yet, i only got the grades. and i have no idea what GS stands for. i vaguely remember i saw that somewhere. but i cant recall where and i've been trying to find out.. urg!

so we've decided to go for oasis and mark bought tickets on sat. so have to start mugging their songs. wah, so busy, so much to do. haha! went hector's house again to jam even though the sunday gig was over. i only sit in la. haha. and mark was writing some random seagull song. yuklum left halfway, leaving hector, joey, christabel, mark and i behind. then we just started talking about the production, which stretced through dinner and dessert! which was crunch ice cream! yummy! liv was off yesterday due to the gig which was later on cancelled, but anyways a few of us, mark, hector, jasper, joey, marie and i, met up for lunch and talked about the production. it was DAMN hot la. we almost melted! went mark's house after lunch for marie's guitar lesson from hector and watch some youtube and queen's live at wembley dvd. then joey left, marie left, hector and jasper too later on. then mark, his dad and i watched american idol 8 wild card. quite nice. but instead of top12, this season is top13. i dun like anoop! so what if simon cowell likes him..

was supposed to meet mark for breakfast today but i overslept! HAHA, again! anyway mark asked me not to swim today so we can meet up. so it's not my fault that i didnt. so we had brunch instead, then went to make my new specs! and i got it half an hour later! yay! my eyes degree didn't increase leh! same! wahh. still 250, 275! so proud of myself..

went library to return books and borrow more.. then collect specs and bought new notebook from amk hub, then went to laze around at mark's house till dinner time. haha. just keep lazing around everyday! bleahs.

anyway i was reading the book from poland about concentration camps and was looking at the souvenirs i got from europe. really feel like going back there. wander around freely, walk under the linden trees, sit on the field in front of the Reichstag and watch the sun sets, walk along river wisla munching on my ice cream cone, walk across charles bridge and watch the baskers, climb to the top of the charles bridge tower and wave to random people downstairs, wander around the deserted streets of olomouc.. HAIS! i wanna go back to europe again and i wanna go to more places of europe.

i believe i will go back to charles bridge again coz i touched the bronze dog on the bridge! i touched it the 1st time i went there and it brought me back last year. i believe i will visit that place again in the near future. and i wanna! i wanna revisit the places i've been to and more!

i've been playing with photofunia these past few months. not everyday of course, just once in a while. so now i have a small collection of photofunia photos and i went to develop a few wallet size ones plus some photo collage that i did out of boredom.

so i went amk hub kodak to develop and guess what? they blardy increased price la! WTH.. damn ex now la! they almost doubled the price leh, from $2 (for 4 wallet size photos) to $3.50 leh! walau.. next time im gonna make it nice nice whatever i wanna develop, multiply by 4 using my photoshop and go and develop 4R instead. so MUCH cheaper, 50cents only! that they nv increase price. blardy hell.

so anyway went to buy lunch for mark at like 3plus, almost 4pm. haha. oops! sry baby. then hang ard till 6.40pm and i left for my meeting at bishan library at 7pm. which lasted for almost 2 hours when it was said to last for 30-40min ): but nvm la, help others write thesis ma. im sucha nice girl! haha XP
